We believe these are good methodologies that can be tailored to deliver accelerated project start up times. At the center of these methodologies are the Project and Programme Manager's, it's crucial that they adopt the new methodologies or it will fail.
To support this approach we have developed a suite of templates and built these into MS Project. The advantages of this are:
- PM's can access any document from our Template Plans
- Methodology document templates are held centrally and only need updating in a single location
- Processes and workflow can be built into Template Plans
- PM's never need to search for the latest version of a template, it's always accessible via
MS Project

The use of methodologies such as PRINCE2 and MSP are widespread and understood. However the implementation rarely goes beyond the the introduction of a few templates and enhancements to existing processes.
