Our belief is to develop solutions that can be used in a PMO to improve delivery focus and stakeholder attention. Reporting on progress is vital in maintaining momentum. Vast amounts of mandays are wasted in collation / copy & paste / validation of routinely poor quality reports.

We look to combat this inefficiency by

• Enhancing SharePoint collaboration sites to support the Project community in sharing information and working methods.
• Building in performance metrics into portals providing on-demand indicators.
• Dealing with vast amounts of data through OLAP cube technology to provide multi-dimensional decision support.
• Data visualisation through the use of MS Office and Data Analyzer enabling key messages to be portrayed to the intended audience quickly and concisely.
• Exploiting either Crystal Reports or Reporting Services, we will deliver a framework of status reports that can be automated supporting real time delivery. No more out of date reports.
